Our Founder
The founder director of the company is Rajpal Singh Hothi, who is a licensee of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) (previously a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC)) and Law Society of Ontario (LSO) (formerly known as Law Society of Upper Canada) as a P1 Licensee. Being a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), he is authorized to consult, advise, and represent the clients in respect of a proceeding or application before the Minister responsible for the administration of Immigration & Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), a Visa Officer, or the Immigration and Refugee Board for the purposes of Immigration and Citizenship matters.
Rajpal Singh Hothi was elected as one of the 11 National Directors in May 2018 and served as a Chair of ‘Membership Services Committee’ of the ‘Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants’ (CAPIC) from May 2018 to May 2019. He served as Ontario Chapter Chair from May 2019 to May 2020. He has held a position as a Chair of Events Committee for Ontario chapter of the ‘Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants’ for organizing educational seminars and conferences. CAPIC is the largest organization created for the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and is established on the four pillars: 1) education, 2) information, 3) lobbying, and 4) recognition. As the voice of immigration consultants, CAPIC has always been committed to promoting and protecting the integrity of the profession and the immigration system.
